Life Skills Coach - Adult Care

Turning Point UK is seeking an enthusiastic and caring Life Skills Coach to work with adults with learning disabilities in our Extra Care block of flats in Carlisle. As a Support Worker in this role, you will provide flexible support to help individuals develop their life skills and live independently.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others and promoting independence, with excellent communication skills and a patient approach. This role involves working varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends, making it suitable for those with busy lives.
