This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract skilled caregivers, analyzing key onboarding metrics, and collaborating with the Director of Client Services to ensure all case shifts are staffed.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits including bonus opportunities based on performance and opportunity for advancement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting recruitment activities to attract and retain skilled caregivers
  • Analyzing key onboarding metrics to improve recruitment outcomes
  • Collaborating with the Director of Client Services to identify staffing needs and ensure all case shifts are staffed
