Residential Estate Agency Administrator

We are looking for a skilled administrator to join our residential estate agency team in Addlestone. As the Branch Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with experience working in an estate agency setting. You will be comfortable using computer software, including Reapit CRM, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Duties:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as processing paperwork and maintaining records
- Develop and implement effective systems to improve office efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
Essential Skills:
- Administrative qualifications (e.g., NVQ or BTEC)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
