Organizational Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Data Digital Competency Centre as an Organizational Change Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading organizational change initiatives and ensuring that they are executed effectively.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, data management, and IT systems, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:
- To act as an interface between the delivery teams and the UK businesses, functions, and process owners
- Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders
- Process Mapping: Help create process maps to understand current workflows and suggest areas for improvement
- Support Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders across the business to identify needs, pain points, and business challenges
- Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining clear, concise, and structured business documentation, including requirements, business use cases, and knowledge base articles
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Support in defining test cases, validating changes, and ensuring solutions meet business needs
- Project Coordination: Support tracking deliverables, timelines, and communicating progress with stakeholders
- Research: Conduct market and business research to assist in decision-making processes
Requirements:
- Strong interest in business analysis, business operations, or project management
- Basic understanding of business processes, data management, or IT systems (advantageous but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
