About the Role

G2 Legal Limited seeks an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our Plymouth or Totnes office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high-quality caseload of contentious probate and trusts cases
  • Work alongside trainees and a secretarial support team
  • Progress to team leader/head of sub-team as the department evolves

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years' litigation experience
  • Contentious probate/trusts experience ideal, but not essential
  • General dispute resolution background with a desire to specialise in contentious probate
