We are seeking a highly skilled Contentious Probate and Trusts Solicitor to join our team at G2 Legal Limited.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value and high-profile contentious probate and trusts cases. As a Contentious Probate and Trusts Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a top-quality caseload, advising on complex and sensitive matters, and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on high-value and high-profile contentious probate and trusts cases
  • Handle a complex and varied caseload, including litigation and dispute resolution
  • Work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results and achieve client goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years' litigation experience
  • Strong knowledge of contentious probate and trusts law and procedure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
