About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the support offered to vulnerable homeless people in the City. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, a strengths-based approach, and be motivated and confident enough to help enable people who are homeless to find and maintain long-term housing solutions.

As a Project Worker, you will work as part of a team to provide a high support service in supported accommodation in Brighton & Hove. You will ensure residents are supported to improve their health, well-being, and develop independent living skills, before being supported to move on. Your role will also involve helping to support with other services including education and training to facilitate community integration.

The successful candidate will have:

A salary of £31,067 - £32,654 per annum (pro rata if less than 37 hours) will be provided. We encourage applications from individuals who can contribute to our diverse workforce.
