Job Description:
Our locality teams deliver social work to people in a wide variety of circumstances, including substance misuse, knowledge of older populations, and social issues faced by people with physical disabilities or facing homelessness. We strive to deliver maximum independence and safety with minimum intervention, building on people's strengths and supporting our service users and their carers to achieve the outcomes they want.
