Role Overview:
HANA GROUP UK LIMITED is a dynamic and fast-growing group that places a special emphasis on people, employee fulfillment, and development. We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef to join our team and contribute to our mission of producing quality sushi products while providing exceptional customer service.

As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift. You will also need to accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift. Additionally, you will be required to multitask in a fast-paced environment, clean the workspace and storerooms as needed, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for our customers, clients, and ourselves.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, be able to follow brand standards and comply with company policies. You should also be reliable, enthusiastic, and energetic with the ability to demonstrate initiative. Furthermore, you should be flexible with a 'can do' attitude, always happy to help customers with a smile, and excited to produce amazing high-quality and sustainable food products.
