About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team at The Slaughters Country Inn. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering exceptional events, from private dinners to corporate meetings and exclusive use weddings.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on events from enquiry to delivery, ensuring all client needs are met.
- Coordinate and distribute weekly event schedules.
- Develop relationships with regular guests to maintain guest loyalty.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and hotel teams on event days, ensuring smooth event delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying ways to delight and exceed customer expectations.
- Upsell the hotel during guest interactions.
- Attend weekly operations meetings.
- Support the Event Coordinator in day-to-day activities.
