We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Estates Team at Norse Consulting. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our property services to a range of public and private sector clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide inspirational leadership and management to a team of property professionals, ensuring the effective day-to-day management and performance of the team.
  2. Work closely with clients to develop, implement, and monitor property strategies in accordance with their corporate plans.
  3. Liaise with clients to support Estate & Asset Management initiatives, ensuring the valuation team business plan and financial targets are achieved.
  4. Manage and resource work effectively, inspiring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  5. Contribute to the achievement of the Estates business plan objectives and targets, including fee-earning activities.
  6. Undertake any other duties appropriate to the grade of the post, including frequent travel to other offices as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Estates-related discipline.
  • Previous experience in managing a team and/or management responsibilities.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel to different offices outside of Norwich.

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to £64,000 (dependent on experience), 28 days' holiday, plus 8 Bank Holidays (with annual option to purchase additional leave), and a range of other benefits, including a Royal London Pension Scheme and BUPA Health Cash Plan.
