The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering optimized demand/supply planning, supply chain setup, and scenario planning for the entire R&D portfolio. The role demands a high level of strategic support and leadership, with a strong focus on patient engagement, and requires direct interaction with senior leaders across various functions to meet clinical supply chain requirements and mitigate risks.
Candidates for this role should have a degree in a relevant scientific or technical field, with a preference for a postgraduate degree. Extensive industry experience is essential, along with a proven track record in CMC clinical supply management, GMP operations, and regulatory and quality requirements.
The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading a global team of supply chain professionals and must ensure the delivery of upper-quartile performance goals while promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity.
