About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll work closely with our service users to develop their skills, promote their independence, and encourage them to participate in activities that bring joy and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
• Encourage and support individuals to engage in activities that promote social inclusion, mental health, and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements

To be successful as a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you'll need:

• A full UK driving license (for some roles)
