We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant Specialist to join our team in Blofield. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working on a rotational shift pattern including days, evenings, and nights. You will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong passion for delivering excellent care and support, with a focus on meeting the individual needs of our service users. You will be an effective communicator, able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.

You will also possess the following essential skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our service users
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £11.78 per hour, paid bi-weekly. In addition, you will receive enhanced evening and weekend pay at 50p per hour, as well as premium overtime rates at £1 per hour. Our Wagestream benefit allows you to access up to 40% of your earnings before payday.
