Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Team Lead with a background in embedded systems to join our team at the Redline Group Ltd based in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work on cutting-edge technology and take on new challenges.

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, leadership qualities, and experience in managing software development projects. They will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a hybrid working arrangement that balances remote and office-based work.

  • Lead a team of software engineers and ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement software development processes and procedures
  • Maintain high-quality software products through rigorous testing and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, including experience in leading teams
  • Excellent technical skills, with knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, and Java
