Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ITIL Service Asset Configuration Management Lead to join our team at Talent. As a key member of our IT service management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of excellent IT customer services across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the configuration of IT assets, including hardware and software, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and implement effective change management processes to minimize disruption to IT services.
  • Lead incident and problem management teams to establish root cause analysis and resolve issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships to maximize value and ensure effective contract and supply chain management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service transition and acceptance.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in IT change and/or release management in a large organization.
  • Competence in best practice change management methodologies, such as ITIL v3 or v4.
  • Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
