Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

Synergi Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturer in the Tamworth area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that has invested heavily in a brand new site with modern automation.

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing reactive and planned maintenance to ensure high standards are met. You will diagnose faults, identify problems on machinery, and carry out both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery
  • Continuous improvements
  • Working closely with the engineering and production team to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensuring H&S is being implemented

Requirements:

  • FMCG experience essential
  • Knowledge and experience in fault finding with PLC's
  • Electrical apprenticeship
  • The ability to work within a team environment
