About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PA Consulting. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting our quality management system, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Manager in maintaining the QMS and ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Contribute to external audits from ISO certification bodies and clients undertaking supplier approval audits.
  • Work with consultants to provide support and advice, and engage and empower colleagues to take ownership of best practice.
  • Use eQMS systems to drive change in the business and improve compliance.
  • Deliver the internal audit plan with stakeholders and undertake audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and work.
  • Contribute to quality metrics, assess performance against them, and report findings.
  • Contribute to management review meetings by helping to compile summary reports and develop the strategy and long-term plans.
  • Train colleagues on QMS processes and develop innovative ways to engage and support the consultancy team.
  • Support client projects in highly regulated industries, ensuring activities meet relevant Quality standards and design controls.

Requirements

  • A Quality Practitioner with experience in operational quality assurance.
  • A working understanding of either ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
  • Great communication skills for interactions with training staff, external audits, clients, and certification bodies.
  • A willingness to engage across a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • The ability to develop, learn, and broaden out across multiple sectors to get to grips with best practice and applicable regulations.
