Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at PA Consulting. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our services and products.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems and regulations, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our quality management system, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.

You will work closely with our Quality Manager to develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes. You will also be responsible for conducting internal audits, managing the CAPA process, and contributing to quality metrics and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support our quality management system, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Conduct internal audits and manage the CAPA process.
  • Contribute to quality metrics and performance reporting.
  • Work closely with our Quality Manager to ensure the effective implementation of quality management systems.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulations, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes.
