Job Summary

In this role, you will provide administrative support for the full recruitment and employee life cycle, including being the first point of contact for candidates, placing adverts with recruitment agencies, and coordinating arrangements for interviews and assessment events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment and employee life cycle processes
  • Develop good working relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Prioritise workload to ensure key deadlines are met
  • Prepare employment terms and conditions for existing and new employees
  • Liaise with employees and managers across the UK on recruitment and employment queries
