We are seeking an experienced SEMH teacher to join our partner specialist school in Chelmsford, Essex. The successful candidate will have a seamless therapeutic approach and be able to design learning activities that engage pupils' interests and meet their needs.

The school aims to develop pupils' willingness to learn, emotional wellbeing, social and life skills, behaviour for learning, and academic achievement. The qualified teachers within the school are encouraged to carefully design learning activities that engage pupils' interests and meet their needs.

Key requirements include QTS and NQT / ECT Induction completion or equivalent teacher training currently leading to full QTS and subsequently NQT / ECT Induction. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with a high-quality professional development, career progression and outstanding performance awards and bonuses.
