Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to the administration, care and nursing, catering, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance & people management functions of Longwood Lodge.
  • Maintain the operations of Longwood Lodge at the standard agreed with the directors, within the financial budgets set.
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support. Ensuring care plans are up to date and all needs are met as required.
Requirements:
  • Have knowledge of CQC standards & other relevant legislation.
  • Have experience of managing a Care Home.
  • Possess (QCF Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Have previous experience working with the elderly and those with dementia.
