About the role:
\Care UK is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support.
\You'll work closely with the leadership team to develop services, provide administrative support, and maintain accurate records. A competitive salary of £21,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with a range of benefits including Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements and access to our approved apprenticeship scheme.
\To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a good understanding of care planning processes, be able to administer medication, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Experience working in a care environment is essential, as is a commitment to delivering exceptional care to our residents.
