As a Bank Nurse RGN, you'll have the chance to work flexible shifts and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and rehabilitation pathways for individuals affected by Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
- Collaborate with the management team to drive service development, audit, and quality improvement
- Engage in ongoing training and CPD to advance knowledge and promote nursing excellence
- Ensure individual care plans are complete, maintained, and aligned with NMC guidelines, involving residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
- Administer prescribed medicines in accordance with Healthcare procedure and Commission guidelines

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An experienced RGN with a current Pin Number
- The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity
- A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
- A commitment to patient recovery and risk management
- Compassion, resilience, and a dedication to empowering service user independence
- The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role
- An interest in leadership, research, and assessment
