Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and observations, producing high-quality written reports
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive service development, audit, and quality improvement
  • Engage in ongoing training and CPD to stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices
  • Ensure individual care plans are complete, maintained, and aligned with NMC guidelines
  • Administer prescribed medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current Pin Number and experience as an RGN
  • The ability to maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity
  • A strong understanding of the latest nursing practices and a commitment to patient recovery
  • Compassion, resilience, and a dedication to empowering service user independence
  • The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role
  • An interest in leadership, research, and assessment
