Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety and Environment Business Partner to join our team at Irwin & Colton. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving safety initiatives across our manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough audits and investigations to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Design and deliver impactful training programs to promote a culture of safety.
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £45,000 based on experience.
- Generous time off: 29 days of holiday + bank holidays.
