About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's team as a Health and Safety Specialist. As a key member of our Operations network, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local legislation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide training and support to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education to a degree level and additional qualifications to an NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level.
  • Relevant experience complying with local Health and Safety legislation.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Preferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
