We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Business Partner to join our team at Irwin & Colton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the way in health, safety, and environmental initiatives, driving safety performance, collaborating with stakeholders, and empowering your team to create a culture of safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the way: Provide leadership and coaching to elevate safety and health standards across the site.
- Drive safety performance: Conduct thorough audits, report, investigate, and prevent incidents and near misses.
- Collaborate with the best: Engage with key stakeholders, including contractors, regulators, and enforcement agencies to strengthen safety initiatives.
- Empower your team: Create impactful in-house training and inductions, shaping a culture of safety from day one.
- Competitive salary: 40,000 based on your experience.
