Community Housing Officer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Community Housing Officer to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a key member of our housing management team, you will play a vital role in shaping a thriving community by supporting housing needs, managing tenancy matters, and contributing to neighbourhood well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist tenants with support needs to help them sustain their tenancies.
* Assess housing applicants and manage allocations in line with the Lettings Policy.
* Ensure tenancy terminations and new lettings comply with policy and targets.
* Work to resolve tenant disputes and enforce tenancy conditions in collaboration with the Housing Management team.
* Assist with legal action to enforce tenancy conditions when necessary.

**Requirements**

* Experience in a housing management role or knowledge of tenancy law is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* Enthusiasm, drive, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the community.
