Bartender (Full-time / Part-time) - Hospitality Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Seven Dials Market, a vibrant and bustling food and drink destination in the heart of London. As a Bartender at KERB, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including beers, wines, and spirits, to a diverse and discerning customer base.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Bar Supervisor and other team members to maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Upsell and promote KERB's food and drink offerings, providing recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Challenge 25 and our legal obligations, ensuring that all customers are served responsibly and in accordance with the law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced bar environment, with a strong understanding of drinks preparation and service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Knowledge of KERB's food and drink offerings, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings, with a willingness to work flexible hours as required.
