Job Title: Bartender (Full-time / Part-time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Seven Dials Market, a vibrant and dynamic food and drink destination in Central London. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting and presenting beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to guests, answering queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Take direction from senior team members and work independently to maintain a calm and professional approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Support with bar set-up and clean down, including waste removal, washing-up, and stock take
  • Maintain an excellent understanding of the food and beverage offering at SDM and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and alcohol service laws, including checking the identification of customers to verify age

Requirements and Skills:

  • Excellent people skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Experience using tablet-based till systems, preferably Lightspeed
  • Awareness of the licensing objectives and ability to maintain a safe and responsible service
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
