About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Information Management Specialist to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of product data, improving efficiencies within our Product Information Management (PIM) system, and working closely with our Commercial team to ensure product listings are updated and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain product listings in the PIM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure product information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage retail prices across sales channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain a uniform approach to product listings, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously improve product listings, identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
  • Perform quality control and assurance of data loaded into the PIM system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from initial launch to end-of-life, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with PIM/CRM systems, with experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of online marketplaces.
  • A data-focused mindset, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong MS and Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
