We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Product Cost Finance team in Manufacturing Operations. Reporting to the Head of Finance – Product Cost, you will be responsible for the governance and calculation of Aerospace Engine costs and the product cost indices of our spares parts.
Product Cost is a key metric for the Civil Aerospace business and the Cost Information team sits at the heart of the cost landscape supporting both the programmes and Manufacturing Business Unit's in their product cost journey. The role is focused on adding value by managing complex data sources to provide essential information and insight to drive improvements in product cost. It has a crucial role in maintaining data integrity.

- Generate insightful product cost analysis to enable the Man Ops, Engineering, and Procurement Cost teams to focus resource on the right areas of Product Cost.
- Responsible for programme managing the bi-annual refresh of the Product Cost system (Excel), and interim updates to standard costing data.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience managing and improving complex processes, data, and systems.
- Strongly numerate and analytical, and comfortable working with large Excel datasets.
- Appropriate professional financial qualification.
