Sage 50 Accounts Clerk

We are seeking an experienced accounts administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. As an accounts administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including creating invoices, producing monthly statements, and handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:- Create and send invoices to clients using Sage 50
- Produce and send monthly statements to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage the company's finances
- Enter data into TSS and maintain accurate records
- Organize the diary and schedule appointments
- Cover reception duties as needed
- Experience with Sage 50
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
