Nurse Practitioner

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

This role involves working as a Bank Registered Nurse at a leading care home provider in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and planning individualised care plans to meet the needs of each resident.
  • Providing hands-on care and support to residents, including administering medication and performing various clinical tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and communicating effectively with colleagues and family members.

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • An understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
