Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, with an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging industry trends and market analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, staying ahead of the competition and driving business expansion.
  • Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts, ensuring seamless alignment and maximum impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
