About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled payroll advisor to join our team. As a payroll services coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality payroll administration services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in payroll, excellent customer relationship building ability, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver timely, accurate, and secure client payrolls.
  • Owning the client journey, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Responding to client queries about their payroll or systems within service level agreements.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage client payrolls.
  • Using a CRM to record client interactions.
  • Maintaining awareness of specific client requirements and documenting them within the payroll system.
  • Completing tasks efficiently, adhering to deadlines and instructions.
  • Conducting account reviews.
  • Raising system bugs and improvement ideas.
  • Sharing knowledge with peers to create a team of experts.
  • Coaching and mentoring payroll assistants.
  • Working closely with payroll processors based in India.
  • Sharing ideas to improve processes.
  • Maintaining current statutory and legislative compliance knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in payroll, at administrator or advisor level.
  • CIPP or equivalent qualifications desirable.
  • Excellent customer relationship building ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Moorepay HR expertise or alternate platforms desirable.
  • Experience in an outsourcing service provider desirable.
  • Eager to learn and develop.
