Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and managing service appointments, MOTs, and repair work for our customers
  • Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories to enhance the customer experience
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
  • Managing a high volume of customer interactions, including telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and ensuring their needs are met
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating our systems accordingly

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP and knowledge of dealer systems would be an advantage. As a team player, you will be able to work independently and use your initiative to achieve results.
