As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises, ensuring the well-being of our clients, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet and greet visitors and staff
* Control access and maintain records
* Maintain security logs and registers
* Provide passes to visitors and staff
* Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals
* Track client arrivals and departures
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
* Deal with visitors and their requests
* Receive and pass on mail deliveries
* Assist visitors with departures
* Patrol premises to prevent or detect signs of intrusion
* Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
* Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and other persons
* Contact emergency services as needed

Requirements:

* Hold a current and valid SIA DS Licence in an appropriate sector
* Hold a valid First Aid certificate
* Be of smart and professional appearance
* Be confident in dealing with people
* Have a good understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety
* Be an excellent communicator in both verbal and written English
* Be reliable and trustworthy
* Have a flexible approach to working
