Medical Signatory Expert

As a Medical Signatory Expert at IQVIA, you will play a critical role in providing expert signatory services to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. This involves ensuring that all medical content meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance with relevant codes of practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert final signatory services to clients
  • Acting as an internal escalation point for signatory expertise in complex jobs
  • Participating in and leading internal Code training
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Codes of practice, including updates and attending relevant training
  • Representing IQVIA at client meetings as needed
  • Coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
  • Working with the Compliance Team on internal and client audits
  • Acting as a Code consultant to clients as required

Requirements for this role include:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • UK registered pharmacist or registered physician
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable Codes of practice
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Final signatory
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Collaborative and flexible approach
  • Advanced critical appraisal skills and data interpretation
  • Confident decision-making
