Job Summary

Network IT Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our client's team. This role is based in a dynamic organisation that is expanding its Service Desk Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Obtain Government Security Clearance (SC) with no restrictions
  • Offer IT support and troubleshooting services
  • Utilise Microsoft Office suite and Windows 10
  • Manage Active Directory and User Accounts
  • Have general knowledge of software installation and network hardware
  • Be able to troubleshoot technical support issues

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service communication skills
  • Ability to work in a shift-based environment covering days, nights, and weekends
