Proud to Care Devon is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in North Devon.
About the Position:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
You will work closely with our experienced care teams to deliver exceptional care and ensure our residents receive the best possible service.
We offer a range of shifts to suit your lifestyle, including day and night shifts, as well as full-time and part-time options.
Your salary will be approximately £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality care and support to our residents
- To work collaboratively with our care teams to deliver exceptional care
- To maintain accurate records and reports
- To participate in training and development opportunities
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
