About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Supervisor to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Operations Ltd. As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of care assistants and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide a team of care assistants in providing exceptional care to residents
  • Monitor and review residents' care plans to ensure they are met
  • Record and report residents' daily progress accurately
  • Perform care assistant duties as required
  • Take the lead in emergency situations and provide support to staff and residents
Requirements
  • Experience in care, preferably in a leadership role
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Recognised medication administration qualification
  • Assertive, confident, and able to deal with challenging situations
