Senior Media Manager / Strategist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager / Strategist to join our team at air-recruitment. As a key member of our integrated agency, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing media campaigns that drive real change across the globe.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute media dissemination strategies and planning to effect knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors in target audience groups worldwide
* Utilize multiple sources of research, best practices, and critical thinking to drive innovative media strategy and planning approaches
* Set an example within the agency in media strategy/planning and digital/performance marketing, developing effective ways of working, tools, and techniques to share with the organization
* Provide communications strategy and media guidance to other members of the strategy and other departments as needed
* Manage junior media strategists/planners to work as part of the team to deliver results

**Requirements**

* Experience in designing and implementing integrated media campaigns across various channels, including digital, performance, TV, OOH, radio, social, and influencer marketing
* Working knowledge of earned media channels, including social media, public relations, and public affairs
* Knowledge of fundamental techniques, tools, and practices of a media strategist
* Ability to quickly analyze and process large volumes of data and insight from multiple sources
* Ability to craft and present simple and effective communications strategy and media plans to reach target audiences in hard-to-reach environments
* Adept at managing multiple partner relationships, including media buying agencies, digital platforms, data suppliers, and in-country media consultants
* Ability to understand the culture and media landscape of a country and translate it into usable insight for message dissemination through paid, earned, and owned media
* Knowledge of multiple forms of research, both in strategy development and subsequent reporting
* Experience in a similar working environment
* Excellent oral and written communications skills (English)
