About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team at Irlam Associates. As a key member of the team, you will optimize paid search campaigns to deliver exceptional performance and work closely with other performance marketeers to achieve objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career and contribute to the success of the company.

Responsibilities
You will manage and optimize paid search activity across multiple platforms, including Google AdWords and Microsoft Advertising. Your goal will be to ensure target delivery at an efficient cost per acquisition. You will also oversee the production of relevant documentation and reports, utilizing strong written communication skills. Collaboration with stakeholders, including external agencies, is essential to achieving objectives. Additionally, you will maintain excellent organization and multitasking abilities while working across multiple media channels.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a PPC role, proficiency in paid search platforms, and strong analytical skills. Experience with performance and data visualization tools, such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio, is also highly desirable. A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, performance bonuses, and long service benefits are on offer.
