Recovery Focused Support Specialist

Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing recovery-focused support to service users, aligned with their individual needs and goals
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Maintaining accurate records and incident reports, ensuring effective communication and documentation
• Supporting new staff members through induction processes, promoting a culture of learning and development
• Upholding infection prevention control measures, contributing to a clean and safe environment for all
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will possess:
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to recovery-focused practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users, families, and colleagues
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
• A non-judgmental approach, promoting unconditional positive regard and empathy towards service users
Benefits: In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy 33 days' paid holiday, increasing with each year of service, plus the option to buy additional holidays.
