Job Description: Learning Environment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Learning Environment Coordinator to join our team at GSL Education in Leicester. This role will involve providing support to teachers and students in a secondary school setting, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans, ensuring students receive high-quality education
• Assist in maintaining a well-organised and safe classroom environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, building trust and encouraging academic growth

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behaviour
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school events and initiatives

Estimated Salary: £24,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience
