We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Truro Store team at ProCook. In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for cooking and kitchen essentials with customers, providing exceptional service and expert advice on our wide range of products.
About This Role- You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect kitchen solutions, and engage with them to secure sales through informative and friendly interactions.
- Participate in product training to develop your knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date on the latest kitchen trends.
- Maintain a tidy and well-stocked store environment, and prepare the store for the next day's operations.
- You should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a strong ability to listen and understand customer needs effectively.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and motivation to succeed.
- You should be comfortable using computers and familiar with POS systems, and possess organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- This role offers a competitive salary of £12 per hour, and a period bonus based on sales targets.
