Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our finance department in various tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in finance.
The successful candidate will be strong-minded, detail-orientated, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
* Support the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts; including monthly VAT reconciliation
* Monitor Management Accounts and Company KPI's.
* Respond to internal inquiries in the group
* Control and monitor company expenses
Qualifications:
* AAT Qualified Preferred
* Experience in Intercompany accounts preferred
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Sage Experience Advantageous but not essential as all training will be provided
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the role
* Previous experience in a finance-related position
