Support Specialist for Families

To support adults and families within their accommodation services, who have been impacted by domestic abuse and require additional, intensive support due to the multiple disadvantages they face.
The ideal candidate will provide tailored support, working closely with clients to understand their individual needs and circumstances. This role requires a strong understanding of the complexities of domestic abuse and its impact on individuals and families.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing support, guidance, and advocacy to enable clients to make informed decisions about their lives.
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with an estimated annual salary of £25,564. The successful candidate will be based in Stoke on Trent and will be required to work intensively with clients in their accommodation settings.
